This July I will be a 2024 Graphic Design graduate from Ulster University.

I currently have two years of agency experience, at Ardmore, where I did a placement year and Fourum, where I have been working part time during my final year of university.

As graphic design is such a broad subject for me it is important to be versatile across different mediums and styles, however, there are some things I really love about being a graphic designer. I thoroughly enjoy getting stuck into the research stage of a new idea; typography and typesetting fills me with joy; I could happily spend the rest of my life looking at leaflet and publication design; creating brand identities is *chef’s kiss; colour palettes hold a special place in my heart, especially when the Pantone colour swatch books are brought out.

Outside work and university, I am a passionate gym-goer and long-distance runner, in May 2024 I completed my third marathon. Like most people I took up running in the 2020 lockdown, I have since spent a small fortune on trainers…
